Practicing since 1979, William Shapiro founded the Law Offices of William
D. Shapiro in 1984. While the practice has always been located in the
Inland Empire, Mr. Shapiro has been involved in cases throughout the United
States. The office has always devoted its primary focus to the litigation
and trials of negligence, defective products, denial of insurance claims
and other serious civil matters on behalf of injured victims and their
heirs.
The offices are in the firms own building located within the Hospitality
area of the City of San Bernardino, the county seat. The offices provide
clients state of the art technology in computer, word processing, document
control and investigation systems. In addition, the office has retained
investigation staff, on line legal and medical research, a law library
along with high speed internet and email.

| In addition to
his academic credentials, William D. Shapiro remains on the cutting edge
of trial practice being a lecturer/instructor in ongoing Continuing Education
of the Bar programs, seminars and other legal conventions. As is seen by
the biographical information, Mr. Shapiro is admitted to the California
State and Federal Bar Associations as well as being admitted to practice
before the United States Supreme Court, United States Ninth Circuit Court
of Appeal as well as the Central District. Mr. Shapiro is a Fellow of the
International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a distinction limited to only 500
of the best trial lawyers in the United States as well as being an Associate
in the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is an active member of the
American, Federal, California, San Bernardino and Riverside County Bar Associations.
