Governmental Liability - Serious injuries or deaths occurring in accidents caused by dangerous conditions on property that was the cause of a serious injury or death. This includes injuries or deaths that occurred as a result of dangers on roadways due to the way the roadway was built or features in the roadway that are dangerous.
Private premises liability - Serious injuries or deaths occurring in accidents caused as a result of dangerous conditions or circumstances on private property.
This includes injuries or deaths that occur as a result of a persons negligent maintenance of their property, slip and fall accidents, or other accidents that were caused due to a property owners negligence.
 
Medical Malpractice Actions:
Serious or catastrophic injuries or deaths that have occurred as a result of negligent medical care or treatment.
 
Insurance Actions :
Denial of a valid claim where you were covered for the loss, and your insurance company refuses to pay the claim. Insurance coverage disputes. (Where the insurance company disputes a loss as not being covered under the policy.)
 
Animal Liability :
Serious injuries or deaths occurring as a result of dog bites, or other injuries caused by an animal.
